A application for the trademark The Love System was made earlier this year in May 2008 and the company name will reflect the trademark.

As they say, “All is fair in love and war.” But not so in the business of love. It appears that there is a conflict over company names so now, a year later, The Love System LLC has graciously changed its name to avoid confusion with Love Systems. In addition, the trademark The Love System has been dropped as a good faith gesture so that both companies can co-exist without confusion to serve their clients with the highest good for all involved.
